Consistency: The shampoo is in medium consistency. It lathers well with equal amount of water and works great in cleansing oil and dirt from hair. Hair feels smooth and fresh.

The volume of the hair feels enhanced as hair feels bouncy and healthy.

Fragrance: The only down side I find is the smell. I somehow dislike the smell of this shampoo.
